Welcome to Health Practitioners

Directory of Healthy Breast Educators

Our directory of Healthy Breast Educators includes people who have been trained by Sat Dharam Kaur personally through the Healthy Breast Teacher Training Program or the Healthy Breast Yoga Teacher Training Program. Some of you are health care practitioners, others are breast cancer thrivers, yoga teachers, or are interested in promoting breast health. To be added to the directory, you must:

  1. have taken one or both of Sat Dharam Kaur's courses;
  2. have completed and passed the exam for the course;
  3. be teaching the Healthy Breast Program at least once annually.

There will be an annual renewal fee of $50 + HST to maintain your status in the directory after your initial year of registration. Please complete our online request form to be added to the directory. Include the date and location of where you were trained in the Healthy Breast Teacher Training Program or the Healthy Breast Yoga Teacher Training Program.

The Healthy Breast Program

The Healthy Breast Program is an intensive twelve-part learning program designed to educate individuals in strategies to prevent breast cancer and to assist recovery from the disease using natural therapies in conjunction with conventional allopathic diagnostic and treatment options. The twelve parts of the program include:

  3. Improving Lymphatic Circulation
  4. Understanding the Hormone Puzzle
  5. Healing the Earth, Healing Ourselves
  6. Dietary Guidelines for Breast Health
  7. Nutritional Strategies for Breast Health
  8. Detoxification Strategies for Whole Body Health
  9. Empowering Your Immune System
  10. Reclaiming Your Gifts and Igniting Your Passion and Purpose
  11. Living with Gratitude, Meaning and Prayer
  12. Living as a Radiant Woman

To address different needs and levels of expertise we have developed three streams of learning: 1) the Healthy Breast Foundations Program, which covers the basics of the 12 modules and is accessible to everyone; 2) the Healthy Breast Practitioner's Program, which provides more detailed information on treatment strategies - this program is designed for health care practitioners such as MDs, NDs, DCs, nutritionists, nurses, massage therapists, acupuncturists, osteopaths, herbalists; 3) the Healthy Breast Yoga Program, accessible to all but also designed as a training program for KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teachers to teach and educate women about breast health.
