Millet and Vegetables

Ingredients

3cwater
1cmillet (well washed)
1 onion (diced)
1 carrot (diced)
1cbutternut squash (diced)
1tbasil
1tsea salt
1cbroccoli (chopped)
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 Handful Parsley

Instructions

Bring millet to a boil with water and the remaining ingredients (except the parsley). Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered for 20 mins or until tender. Mix parsley in and serve.

(Cauliflower can be used instead of broccoli if preferred)
