| 2 | tbsp | spelt/dhurum/rice/soy flour |
| 1 | clv | garlic |
| 1/4 | c | Engevita yeast |
| 3/4 | c | vegetable stock or water |
| 2 | tbsp | sesame oil |
| 1 | tbsp | Dijon mustard |
| 2 | tbsp | miso paste |
Heat dry ingredients over low heat in a medium saucepan. Add water/vegetable stock and simmer for 30 seconds. Add rest of the ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Contains a lot of isoflavones to protect you from beast cancer.
