| 1 | tbsp | sesame oil |
| 3 | tbsp | sesame seeds |
| 1 | tsp | cayenne |
| 1 | tbsp | Braggs/tamari |
| 3 | medium sweet potatoes |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together all ingredients, making sure to cover all of the potato pieces.
Place onto a baking sheet and bake for approx. 20 minutes, broiling for 5 minutes to make the potatoes crispy.
Sweet potatoes are high in antioxidants.
