Sunflower Seed Pate
| 3 | c | sunflower seeds (soaked 8- 12 hrs / sprouted 2-4 hrs) |
| 1 | c | lemon juice |
| 1/4 | c | tahini |
| 1 | c | Tamari |
| 1 | clv | garlic (chopped to taste) |
(Braggs Aminos can be used in place of the tamari, same quantity)
Process all the ingredients until smooth in a food processor. Store in a covered container for up to 2 weeks.
