Participate in a fun, educational, experiential 5 day program to promote breast and whole body health with Sat Dharam Kaur ND and Julie Groulx RMT. You will learn tools to help both prevent and recover from breast cancer using Kundalini Yoga, meditation, diet, detoxification, immune support, specific supplements, emotional healing, group support, psychological and spiritual exercises and environmental activism.

Highlights include:

  • daily yoga and meditation
  • guidelines for liver, kidney, bowel and lymphatic cleansing
  • cellular cleansing; infrared sauna detoxification
  • guidelines for glandular balance
  • overview of the Healthy Breast Diet
  • vegetarian cooking classes/ delicious vegetarian meals
  • hands-on juicing and fresh vegetable juices daily
  • tools to access inner wisdom/guidance techniques to release anger, encourage forgiveness
  • nature walks

General $1500* (plus tax) includes food/lodging $1200* (plus tax) for students or breast cancer survivors (*includes manual, daily vegetarian meals, one cooking lesson, accommodation).
